The ALL1681205 Powerline / DLAN adapter is the first ALLNET Powerline adapter with 1200Mbps HomePlug AV2 Standard on the market. The ALLNET ALL1681205 Powerline Adapter uses the latest Qualcomm QCA7500 / AR1540 chipset. It has a Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 port and is compatible to the Powerline Standards IEEE1901 / HomePlug AV and GreenPHY. This allows easy use with existing powerline devices from other manufacturers.
High data rates and quality of service (QoS) allow the use of HD multimedia applications and support high-speed digital multimedia network throughout youw whole house, including IPTV services, simultaneous HD video and audio distribution, Voice Over IP calls, online gaming and high-speed Internet.
The ALL1681205 Powerline Adpter offers a simple plug & play networking via pushbutton without requireing a configuration via software. The Network Management Key (NMK) with its 128-bit AES hardware encryption ensures secure, authenticated access to the logical network and protects the network against hackers.

The ALLNET ALL1681205 has a looped power socket with integrated filter. So you can continue using the by the Powerline Adapter occupied power socket.
The new HomePlug AV2 standard enables highly efficient data transmission on the power cord with technologies such as Efficient notching & High Efficiency PHY Protocol Data Unit (PPDU) Structure.
The new smart technology enables a reliable and faster data transmission and therefore delivers a signifi cantly higher speed update for powerline user. Existing powerline adapters only use two out of three wires. SmartLink now uses not only the phase and neutral conductor but also the ground wire for data transmission.
