The Cudy LT12 is a 4G router based on the CAT.12 standard (also known as 4G+ or LTE Advanced) with dual SIM card slots, an integrated 802.11ac WiFi access point (1200 Mbps), and four 10/100/1000 Mbps Gigabit Ethernet (LAN) ports. It is ideal for use in homes, offices, surveillance setups, exhibitions, or RV scenarios. Thanks to automatic detection of connection settings for the inserted Nano SIM card, the 4G router is ready to use within minutes. The Cudy LT12 features four detachable 4G antennas (4x4 MIMO), allowing users to replace them with higher-performance antennas if needed.
With its integrated 4G modem based on the CAT12 standard, the Cudy LT12 4G router achieves download speeds of up to 600 Mbps using carrier aggregation and upload speeds of up to 150 Mbps. The built-in dual-band 802.11ac WiFi access point delivers transmission rates of up to 1200 Mbps. With the WPA3 encryption standard, the Cudy LT12 router provides maximum network security for WiFi connections.
Four Gigabit Ethernet ports (LAN) allow for wired connections to devices or entire networks. Additionally, one of the four LAN ports can optionally be used as a WAN port. This enables the Cudy LT12 4G router to be configured for backup-WAN scenarios, ensuring an uninterrupted online connection even in case of a primary connection failure. The practical dual-SIM function also provides the option to establish a redundant data connection. A possible use case would be using two SIM cards from different providers. If the primary provider's connection fails, the Cudy LT12 4G router automatically switches to the secondary data connection. The 4G router supports both VPN client and server scenarios with WireGuard, OpenVPN, IPsec, Zerotier, PPTP, and L2TP.
The router can be managed either via a classic web interface or the innovative Cudy app. Another major advantage is that the Cudy LT12 can be seamlessly integrated into a Cudy Mesh system. This allows you to either integrate the router into an existing Cudy Mesh WiFi network or build a Mesh WiFi network around it—all easily managed through the Cudy app.
