LigoDLB 5ac is a Cost-Effective Wireless Device with External Antenna Support. Equipped with a 750MHz QCA 9563 CPU, a QCA 9882 radio, and 64MB RAM/16MB Flash Memory, the LigoDLB 5ac brings efficiency to the next level.
LigoWave iPoll3 PTMP (Point-to-Multi-Point) proprietary protocol is an innovative solution, eliminating transmission congestion and close-cluster interference created in wireless PTMP installations. The smart dynamic polling based protocol (iPoll 3) ensures reliable communication even in congested areas with many client devices connected to a base-station. Equipped with LigoWave's dual firmware image feature, remote software upgrades are assured even if a power failure interrupts the process. The device will restart using the prior firmware in the event of an upgrade failure
The enclosure is made of polycarbonate with UV inhibitors to provide years of outdoor exposure in direct sunlight without cracking. The LigoDLB 5ac was designed and tested against vibration, temperature, drop, salt, fog, and electrical surge standards to ensure a high level of reliability unsurpassed in the industry. It is equipped with a grounding lug and a grounded 24-volt PoE to allow a professional installation, resistant to electrical surges.
LigoWave OS contains all of the essential features for establishing fast, strong, and reliable PTMP networks. The LigoWave OS includes IPv6 Bridge & Router Support, SSDP & Bonjour Device Discovery Options, Flexible Traffic Shaping, DHCP Option 82, and more. The user interface is built on HTML5 with responsive design. The LigoDLBac Series are backward-compatible with LigoDLB devices through the iPoll 3 Proprietary Protocol.
All LigoWave DLB series devices can be managed and monitored using WNMS (Wireless Network Management System). A single software solution simplifies a large number of tasks for network administrators. WNMS Cloud version is available for those who are not willing to run it on an in-house servers.
