The Poynting EPNT-4 (A-EPNT-0004-V1-17) is a very powerful and robust outdoor all-in-one antenna solution with an integrated, weatherproof compartment for compact 4G or 5G routers. The EPNT-4 includes a 4×4 MIMO 5G / 4G antenna (you can also use 2x2 MIMO), a 2×2 MIMO Wi-Fi antenna, and an additional GNSS (GPS, GLONASS) antenna.

The integrated 5G / 4G antennas are broadband and operate in the frequency range from 617 to 4200 MHz, thus covering the most important 5G and 4G bands with excellent gain across all frequencies. The integrated Wi-Fi antennas enable dual-band operation and cover the Wi-Fi bands 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz up to 7.2 GHz with a peak gain of 5dBi. Furthermore, the antenna elements within the housing are cross-polarized, which further improves the overall performance of the antenna.

By directly integrating your 4G or 5G router within the Poynting EPNT-4 antenna, you turn it into a true 4G / 5G outdoor router. With the almost direct connection to the antenna elements, you have virtually no loss regarding the performance gain of the integrated antennas. You can then conveniently connect your router to your existing network via a network cable or connect to your router via Wi-Fi. It should be noted that the router's power supply must be provided via PoE. Suitable PoE injectors and power supplies can be found in our range.

The EPNT-4 is fully saltwater protected, making it suitable for use in highly corrosive environments, including chemical and toxic environments, thanks to the UV-stable housing material. The housing also offers a robust mechanical design to withstand adverse weather conditions, making the EPNT-4 vandalism and weather resistant with protection classes IP67 and IK10.
