With the TravelConnector System Set, you can easily surf the internet even with a weak WiFi signal - up to 2700 meters away (under optimal conditions) from the nearest WiFi hotspot!
The TravelConnector TCS-657 WiFi Set consists of a very compact 2.4 GHz / 5 GHz dual-band WiFi omnidirectional antenna with a weather-resistant IP66 housing and a 3m USB cable, a high-performance WiFi USB adapter with MediaTek MT7610 chipset, as well as a 2D articulated tilt mount and the Frontrunner VR400W WiFi Travel Router.
Wide Signal Coverage Angle
The powerful WiFi omnidirectional antenna is designed for the 2.4 / 5 GHz frequency range and provides a gain of 5dBi in the 2.4 GHz and 7dBi in the 5 GHz frequency band. Due to the 360° signal coverage angle, the antenna does not need to be aligned. This feature is ideal for all situations where the direction of the hotspot is unknown. It is also the perfect solution for boats and yachts that may not always maintain their position.
Smart Design
By integrating an active WiFi USB adapter directly into the WiFi antenna, the need for a lossy antenna cable is eliminated. This allows the entire transmission and reception power of the WiFi USB adapter to flow directly into the WiFi antenna without losses, significantly enhancing the range of the WiFi signal.
High-Quality Construction
The WiFi antenna is made of stainless steel (V4A), fiberglass (GFK), and POM to withstand even the harshest environments, such as seawater. It can withstand wind speeds up to 170 km/h and temperatures from -20°C to +50°C. With its IP66 certified housing, the TravelConnector WiFi antenna is weatherproof and can be used outdoors under extreme weather conditions.

WiFi Travel Router - Your Own Hotspot
The TravelConnector TCS-657 Set is directly connected to the Frontrunner VR400 Travel Router via USB cable. The flexible USB cable can be easily routed and can be extended up to 40 meters without loss if needed.
By using the VR400W Travel Router, multiple WiFi-enabled devices such as laptops, smartphones, tablets, IP cameras, etc., can be operated simultaneously and wirelessly. This allows you to comfortably surf with multiple devices simultaneously over the existing WiFi connection of the TravelConnector. All settings are done through a web browser and can be controlled with any operating system. No driver or tool installation is required. The power supply for the WiFi electronics in the antenna is provided by the USB router, which operates on 11-24V DC voltage.
